Ms. Prabhavathi received and guided us through the process gracefully which included multiple physical checks on the patient and other beaureaucratic steps and the appointment was scheduled in under 2 hours flat.In the day of surgery, Ms. Nirmala, who’s one the most charming personality you’d ever meet, helped us navigate the procedure and made us comfortable for the entire duration of the operation. Nirmala was instrumental in coordinating everything from day 1, including scheduling the operation till discharge. He’s very patient in his approach towards the patient and explained the procedure and what to expect post operation to us very clearly.Post operative counseling was done by Ms. Shruthi, one of the most soft-spoken persons you will ever meet. She explained post operative care in great detail.It was a great experience overall. The hospital staff are very well trained in their duties. They’re quick to identify people who are lost and will immediately rush to offer assistance. You’ll never feel that you’re left unattended inside the hospital premises thanks these men and women who take great pride in the work they do.
