I’m writing this review to appreciate the customer service provided by one of their staff at Ben Franklin Opticians, Mrs. Sudha Rani. She was very patient and helpful when I went to the store to buy a frame and lenses. She ensured the frame sat comfortably on my face by adjusting it multiple times. Unfortunately, within less than two months, the frame’s coating started peeling off. When this issue was informed to her, she immediately made arrangements for a replacement. She was very prompt in her responses and made the replacement super seamless for me. The doctors at the hospital were great too. Overall great experience. Thank you!
