I would strongly recommend this hospital to anyone looking out for an eye surgery in Bengaluru. The pricing is very competitive and transparent, they don’t have hidden charges unlike many other hospitals (including Lions Eye Hospital) I had consulted for my family member. Special mention to Dr. Chaitra D Aroor who patiently listens to all our concerns or queries on multiple occasions and answered all of them in a polite and positive manner. She carries very good professional experience and gives greater confidence to the person during the surgery, which builds the mental strength required in such crucial situation. The entire hospital staff carry a customer friendly approach and this reflects a great work culture nurtured. Please maintain these high customer focused standards going forward, on a long run too.
