Visited NN-Rajajinagar for my grandmother’s cataract surgery. Everyone starting from the security and valet parking staff, reception staff, doctors, counselling staff were very polite and cordial. Treated us with a lot of respect, kindness and made us feel very comfortable and secure. Our surgeon, Dr. GK Venkatesh and his staff were very supportive, respectful and made my grandmother feel relaxed and kept her calm. Kudos to the entire hospital experience. Special mention about the politeness, respectful and “Heal with a smile” approach of the doctors and their staff at Narayana Nethralaya.
