Once early cataract was detected, periodic yearly check up was suggested to track its progress. Once I made my decision, all mandatory test were conducted by their efficient staff. Two set of doctors have to confirm the report before the decision was made for surgery. No rush. All decision to do the surgery was left to my personal mindset and convenience. Once decided their counsellor took care of my insurance claims and booking of surgery slot as per my convenience. Dr. Prashant did an exemplary job of installing the lense in a 15 minute painless process. Did the second operation after a gap of 15 days by Dr. Prashant again. Narayana Nethralaya is flush with helpful staff who hand hold you through each and every step from routine examination, to booking appointment, completing insurance claims, slotting surgery time, administrating needed medication, dressing up and prepping for surgery and finally post-operative check ups. Overall, had a very pleasant experience with my cataract surgery and in all my visits before this too. Will continue to patronize NN for their services in future too, if needed.
