Excellent Customer Service was provided by Mr Karthik, right from the Reception to the meet up with the Doctors. First I met Dr Diksha Pandey, she was very patient and conducted a very smooth eye examination, explaining in detail all that I wanted to know. Dr Sharan Shetty then examined my eyes after the dialation. Excellent examination done by him too. Overall a very satisfying & happy visit to Nethralaya.
