Earlier, we were apprehensive in choosing the right hospital for my aged father’s cataract because there were other health concerns and we are glad we chose Narayana Nethralaya , Bannergatta Road since it turned out to be the best decision. The surgeries in both the eyes were efficiently done by Dr. Sneha Sengupta. Dr. Sneha clarified all our doubts about the surgery and made us feel at ease. We also consulted Dr. Megha regarding my father’s glaucoma and she clearly explained the present condition and the course of future action. We are very satisfied with the service provided here in Narayana Nethralaya. Dr. Shruthi and other doctors who examined the eyes deserve a special mention too. The nurses and other staff here are friendly, approachable and are kind to the patient. My father also said that the labs, eye tests and the surgery were conducted well with good technology that made him feel comfortable. There’s not much of waiting as well. Overall, we had a good experience here.
