Very poor response from reception area, we won’t get message alert regarding prior appointment. after reaching reception desk rude behaviour they will one slip to write mobile number and name again asking to wait.
The service is very good. The staff is polite and courteous and go extra mile to help you. Based on my experiences I would recommend this hospital for any eye related issues.
