Staffs are prompt and good as well.Service is fast.Cons:The COO is very rude and even makes patient party more worried when asked questions.He gives lame explanations and excuses and doesn’t try to listen to patient’s concern. He should be giving confidence to them rather than making them feel frustrated.The insurance team also speaks over and over the same thing. Even if patient has a different scenario to discuss.
