We got my mother who is a wheelchair patient to narayana nethralaya… she was diagnosed with cataract in both her eyes and was avoided immediate surgery. Right from service to handling the patient to consultation to insurance claim – the process was very smooth and special thanks to Thushar who helped us through the process and Raghu from insurance department. Thank you to Dr Ravi Krishna who performed the surgery with ease and also made potent feel comfortable. Overall, a commendable service !
