Dr Deepa R, completed her medical education from VIMS, Bellary and Post Graduation MD Ophthalmology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AllMS), New Delhi. She has done Long term Fellowship in Phacoemulsification and Refractive surgery. She completed her Senior residency from AIIMS, New Delhi and holds FAICO fellowship degree in Refractive surgery. She is trained in all types of Cataract surgeries with Premium IOL implantation, Complicated cataract, Secondary IOL fixation, Keratoconus management and all types of Refractive surgeries like PRK, LASIK, SMILE, Phakic IOLs, Refractive lens exchange. She is a member of All India Ophthalmological Society, Karnataka Ophthalmological Society, Delhi Ophthalmological Society and European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
