1. My mother’s (62 years old) both eyes cataract surgery was done in this hospital.
2. Right from the beginning (consultation) to operation and then the end (discharge), the whole process is well defined. That is why I think they are able to handle crowds so well, over the weekends where nobody is shouting for the wait period and the staff is also very polite and will do anything to make you feel comfortable.
3. Cleanliness is upto the mark, washrooms, waiting loby, corridors, lifts, every single place is well cleaned and maintained.
4. Image of a place highly depends on people who are running it and thanks to Narayana staff and doctors, i will recommend this hospital to every eye patient.

6. In every discussion with staff or doctors, you will not feel like cheated or like they are looting money but instead it will give you a confidence of right treatment for your loved ones. And for cataract, in the end it depends on you what lenses or package, you want to go with, nobody will force you for expensive ones.
