I got my mother treated for cataract by Dr. Naren Shetty. The process was smooth seemless and extremely comfortable. The Dr was very friendly and to the point. Answered all queries as well. Dr Naren Shetty performed my cataract surgery successfully on 29 Sept. Except for a little pain for a couple of hours after surgery which is normal, had no other side effects like Red eye or watery eyes. My vision has improved drastically.I was met with very helpful people at every stage, be it the registration, Reception, OPD, eye testing counters, Lab, Counseling, Insurance or the OT.Dr Naren Shetty greets you heartily and with a smile that you can sense from behind his Air purifying mask that has a speaker(was very fascinated by it). He really put me at ease and explained my condition and the way forward. Even during the surgery he kept explaining and educating to me about every step during the surgery which I found very relaxing. Thank you very much Doctor Naren.I had my surgery reporting time at 6am, I had my surgery and was back home by 8:30.
