Dr Naren Shetty was excellent.From the day 1 everything was systematically in order. All staffs guided us properly.I found no difficulties from the surgery to discharge . I didny feel as if I had an surgery . The doctor was interacting while doing the surgery so that we feel comfortable.I am very thankful to the Doctor for giving me best vision .

Visited for Contour Lasik surgery consultation and was thoroughly explained the procedure and the various options that I could avail. There was no pressure or compulsion to choose the costlier one of the options provided and were upfront about the results and realistic expectations of the procedures provided at the hospital. Dr. Naren Shetty, who would undertake my vision correction surgery concisely explained the procedure that I’d be undergoing and put any further doubts regarding the same to rest with his professional demeanor and diligence. The surgery went ahead pretty well with absolutely no hiccups, and were quite through with the follow up checkups. My visit to Narayana Nethralaya happened by chance . On the recommendation of a friend to take a second opinion – I happened to call the only number available . Ms. Hameeda who patiently heard me out and promptly gave me an appointment with Dr. Naren Shetty(little did I know how good he was). Ever since, I’ve gone back many times with family and friends who needed an eye consult. Dr. Naren Shetty is an excellent surgeon who will patiently answer all queries and calm frayed nerves(especially since its the eyes). A special mention about Ms. Hameeda who not only helps schedules the appointment with the doctor but also constantly is in touch to ensure you keep it!! The staff especially the gentleman at the entrance who is always checking on a patient after the consult and recommending a review (he doesn’t insist it be good.. But just checks if you are indeed satisfied.. A year later on a recent visit i noticed this gentleman had been elevated in rank. Truly well deserved!!). I recently underwent cataract surgery at Narayan Netralaya, Rajajinagar. I found it a hospital with a difference. Dr Naren Shetty is an excellent cataract surgeon- kind, patient and instills confidence. The team of doctors and staff members are efficient and cooperative. I appreciate Mr Sridhar and Mr Nitin at the insurance desk for their quick and efficient service. I thank counsellor Ms Bhanushree for her guidance and concern. Earlier, I had been to their Indranagar branch for a retina check-up. Dr Prathibha Hande is an excellent retina specialist, very encouraging and supportive. A big thank you to all.

I visited with my dad for his cataract surgery. Consulted Dr. Naren Shetty, he explained everything pretty well, all pre-op checkup were completed on the same day. We were provided a slot for surgery next week. We reached hospital at 9:30 am on surgery day and by 1 :30 PM, we were back to our home. Thanks to Dr Naren Shetty and team. The whole process was so smooth and effortless. All medical & non-medical staffs were very friendly and supportive.
