One dedicated staff member to greet and direct people is a huge help, comfort factor and time saver especially for first timers like me. Everything went like clockwork. Well organized. Well equipped, Hygienic, Pleasant environment, well lit, calm music, spacious lounge, plenty of visual aids to educate people about eye ailments, qualifications of surgeons, procedures available etc. Best of all, everyone starting from counter attendant to the surgeon were very kind. I am very satisfied with the way Doctor Narendra K P treated my father, and how he took extra efforts to make him feel comfortable and informed. Doctor Narendra KP has successfully performed cataract surgery for my father despite many complications in this case. Grateful to everyone involved with this institution. Update 2020: I have revisited Narayana nethralaya bannerghatta road branch multiple times now for my father’s and mother’s cataract surgeries. The place, people and service is top notch as ever.
