This hospital one of the cleanest and well mantained hospital I have come across anytime. The staff of this hospital is very courteous and very responsible. I have left my mother alone 2 times due to personal emergency asking them to take care of her and believe me they have taken proper care of her. The insurance councellor is very polite and will detail you everything. The insurance department has helped me to arrange the documents well for medical reimbursement which is very rare in hospitals. Also my mother has shown to Dr. Narendra KP and he has done both eye cataract surgery. He is the master in his art and always greeted my mother well and always given confidence to her pre and post surgery. Thank you Narayana Nethralaya for taking so much care of my mother and she is now able to see very clear. Surely I will revisit for my father cataract surgery as well. Job well done!
