It was a great experience at Narayana Nethralaya. Dr. Prashanth had operated both the eyes for my mother for cataract. He did it well. My mother had no complaint at all. My wife had cataract surgery in right eye on 29th July 2022. The initial consultation was with Dr. Sanket Bhatnagar and the surgery was done by Dr. Prashant R. The surgery was successful . we had a very nice experience right from the moment we entered the hospital. The atmosphere inside the hospital is very good and hygienic. All the staff we encountered were very kind and cooperative. We never were made to wait unduly in any place. The Coordination between the different units were very smooth and professional. Am very happy to give the review about the operation undergone and the post consultation in NN indiranagar branch, Dr. Sanketh sir is very awesome, the way he receives and treats the patients builds confidence in us. He never gets irritated even if we ask silly questions. Coming to operation Dr Prashant sir has operated my father eye for the removal of cataract, there is no pain or any fear while doing operation, thank you sir. This is how the team hear is. I find Narayana Nethralaya is doing a noble work by providing the eye treatment services to so many people and are much grateful for this. All staff are very courteous and descent in handling the patients. I found all doctors and the assistant staff are also very good in treating the patient. Now recently I got my right eye cataract surgery done. The doctor Prashanth R had done it so professionally I could not realize it is already done. Thanks to Dr. Prashanth. The staff Balakrishnan N who does certain tests and ushers us to doctors is also doing a good job. In the reception Saloami with whom we were interacting was found to be very helpful all the time.
