It was a commendable job by Dr Prashanth at Narayana Nethralaya Indira Nagar, who performed cataract surgery in my right eye last year. I experienced good level of comfort during the surgery. I am happy with the outcome of the surgery that resulted in significant improvement in my vision. Procedures went well despite the fact that I was suffering from chronic non Granulomatous Anterior Uveitis for last 20 years and had undergone various treatment on few occasions. When I first visited Narayana Nethralaya , Indiranagar branch ,I found the hospital was absolutely clean and had pleasant ambience. Then I decided I must get my Cataract Surgery done only in this hospital . Cataract Surgery of my left eye was carried out on 31.03.2022 by Dr.Prashanth . The Doctor did the Surgery with a Healing touch and I am fully satisfied with the Surgery . I had to undergo a cataract surgery in my left eye. It was a harculean task for me as I am highly claustrophobic. Thanks to the Doctors and whole staff of NN that I got it done without any anxiety. They supported me in all the ways they could……right from the 1st checkup till surgery. I was made to see the OT a day prior so that I get familiarised and feel comfortable. The anesthesist held my hand throughout the surgery so that I do not become anxious while the surgery is going on. In addition to being excellent professionals, the doctor, nurses and the admin staff had a human touch and a personal connect for which they went an extra mile to make me comfortable through the process. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT experience and I would highly recommend this hospital.
