I visited Narayana Nethralaya, Rajajinager for my Mothers right eye cataract surgery. It was a wonderfull experience getting my mother operated. For the benifit of the public and people who are looking for a good eyecare hospital I would like to mention few points based on my first hand experience : 1. From the first stage of getting yourself registered at the reception to the last stage of getting your treatment completed at every point the hospital protocols are so well defined that you don’t face any inconvenience. 2. Inspite of high footfall of patients and visitors, in this time of Pandemic the hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital is really appreciable. 3. The team of all executives looking after patients under the leadership of Meenakshi madam are doing excellent job 4. Dr Ravi Krishna carried out the surgery and no doubts doctor did marvellous job My mother and I would personally like to thank Meenakshi madam (Head Coordinator Cataract ) and her team member Sowbhagya madam ( Asst. Manager Cataract Department) for all the needed guidance and support in getting the surgery done. We always felt at home because of them. I would like to put it on record that Narayana NethraIaya, Rajajinagar is the best eye care hospital in the state and surely at par with best hospitals in the country and I wish all the best to the leadership, doctors and supporting staff of the hospital .
