ನಾನು ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯವರನ್ನು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಕೆರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಕಣ್ಣು ತೋರಿಸಲು ಬಂದಿದ್ದು. ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯವರು ಅನಕ್ಷರಸ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಭಯ ಬೀತರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ನಾವು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರು ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಮಗುವಿನಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಯ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ. ರವಿಕೃಷ್ಣ ಸರ್ ಅವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಚನ್ನಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಜರಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ನೋವಿಲ್ಲದಂತೆಯೇ ಕಣ್ಣು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಾರಾಯಣ ನೇತ್ರಾಲಯದ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಚನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ರೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಂತೆ ಉಪಚರಿಸುವ ರೀತಿ ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನಕ್ಷರಸ್ತ ಜನರು ಕೂಡ ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯವರ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ತುಂಬಾ ಹರ್ಷವೆನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹

I would want to share my experience at Narayana Netralaya: I visited on a saturday at the Rajaji nagar branch and being a weekend it was crowded. While entering the hospital, I had a small tussle with the security but the head of security was kind enough to calm me down. Next, the receptionist was very kind and helped me with the proceedings. I had to undergo an eyetest and meet doctor Ravi Krishna Dr was very patient and explained the whole procedure clearly he even cleared all our doubts very well. I have never come across such a great experience with the doctor
