Dr Sushma Verma – Glaucoma specialist studied my mothers eye problem. She explained very clearly what the issue is and next steps. All our doubts were clarified with detailed information. She listens patiently to the patient and gave very informed details.The operation went well. Our doc Dr. Ravi Krishna and concerned staff are very good. The PR office Mrs. Nirmala is very helpful. Overall process is very streamlined and systematic. The stress on the patient and attendant is minimal. Will come for future concerns of eye care.Only topic of minor concern is the location of cafeteria. It is not very conveniently situated at basement. Going to and fro especially for senior citizens is difficult.
