My mother’s cataract operation went smoothly! Dr.Sanket Bhatnagar is an excellent doctor. He took his time to explain the process and made us feel very comfortable. Very courteous. The staff at the hospital is very helpful. The counsellor Ms Bhavani was very pleasant and helpful. And also the insurance desk was very prompt. Overall, we had a very good experience.

My experience at Narayana Nethralaya has been extremely gratifying right from the registration through all the preliminary tests and screening has been conducted in a very professional and courteous manner.
The doctors and the paramedical staff exhibited very high standards of professionalism. Dr. Sanketh Bhatnagar, who conducted the cataract surgery made me feel extremely comfortable during the examination as well as during the surgery. He explained the procedure and boosted my confidence during the surgery by his kind words. The result of the surgery cannot be explained in words. The fact that I have vision only in one eye and hence the operation was very precarious. I must confess that the doctor did an excellent job.
The insurance department handled my claims very effectively. A word of appreciation to the counsellors, particularly Ms. Nandini is due for her keen interest and follow up support. I thank one and all for my comfortable staff at the hospital.
