They gave very good treatment for my grandmother’s cataract. Surgery was performed well and all the tests were done systematically. Everything’s in order from calling to the tests to doctor’s appointment. Dr. Prashant performed the surgery and Dr. Sanketh Bhatnagar was the consulting doctor. One improvement required would be, no one picks the emergency number or the counselor number. It was very scary when no one called when the surgery was the next day. Finally called some online helpline number and got it confirmed.

I got my father’s left eye cataract operation done here. The whole pre and post operative process was smooth,but being a good eye hospital ,you can expect some wait. Both pre and post op checks done by Sanket. He is very calm and answered all queries patiently everytime.Dr.Prashant, the surgeon, was also very calm and professional. Overall we had a good experience here and would recommend this place for any cataract related procedures or checks.

It would be great if you could also add monitors with appointment/queue information for consultation as well as Operation theatre so that we can be well informed about the expected time before our turn.

My dad underwent cataract surgery here, and he had a pleasant experience. Dr Prashant and Dr Sanketh were very helpful. The situation was slightly complicated with cornea issues as well, but they did a great job.
