Had an appointment with Dr. Sanket Bhatnagar earlier today. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to calm my nerves. I was worried about the pain in my eyes and by extension, a headache. Dr. Sanket came across as a humble and welcoming individual, whose demeanor would put you at ease. He gave me a detailed explanation, of my problem and recommended the next steps. The hospital too should be credited for its efficiency and cleanliness. There’s soothing music in the background which I felt was a nice touch. The hospital has ample seating arrangements and is built keeping in mind accessibility features for the specially abled. The whole process, starting from registration, optometric check, and finally to discharge functions pretty smoothly. Keep up the good work..
