My parents and I have been under the care of Narayana Nethralaya, Bommasandra for over 6 years now. We started visiting here after we moved to Electronics City. My father has been a glaucoma patient for more than 2 decades now, and has undergone treatment in several eye hospitals across the country. Here at Narayana Nethralaya, we have been consulting Dr Sushma Tejwani since the beginning. I am pleased to share that we have been quite satisfied with our experience at Narayana Nethralaya, overall. Dr Tejwani is a great doctor, with a friendly and welcoming demeanour. It’s always a pleasure for us all to interact with her. She has just operated on my mom for cataract, and as usual, everything so far has been quite satisfactory. Our experience with the rest of the staff, right from the reception to the different departments or sections has also been quite satisfactory. The staff is multilingual and quite capable, and they are well prepared to deal with all sorts of patients, from India and abroad. The patient flow in the OPD, as well as in the in-patient wards, is well organised and streamlined. The overall process is very efficient. I would highly recommend Narayana Nethralaya, Bommasandra to one and all, for the high quality of patient care and treatment that they provide.

A very good experience as a patient. The hospital also has an amazing online patient medical records system. They could even retrieve medical records of my eye exam back from 2009 (In 2020!) which was very helpful for the doctor to compare any changes .Drs Susma Tejwani is awesome!
