The hospital has enough counters to serve the patients even in rush hour. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of the staff converse in local language, Kannada, which is a big plus for people coming from all walks of life to get treated. The cost is moderate even though this is a very well known place for eye related treatments. I took my father for Cataract and am happy with the surgery (Dr.Hemamalini).
