Dr Hemamalini did the cataract surgery for my father. It was a good experience from the time of admission to the discharge. However, i have a feedback to the insurance section. Though I mentioned that the policy provided no capping, I was asked to pay the balance amount in advance. The insurance company settled the whole amount post surgery. I was asked to get a canceled cheque lead for reimbursing the whole amount I had paid. They said it would take 3-4 days to reimburse. This is an aspect I believe the hospital has to look into to make it convenient for the patients.
