One of the best hospitals in Bangalore. Great experience from beginning to end. I went through ICL for the right and SMILE procedure for the left eye and the whole process was smooth. The management here is just excellent. They help you throughout the whole process which is well planned and the staff is very kind and polite. Dr. Pooja Khammar was very friendly and explained to me why I had to go for ICL and SMILE and cleared all my doubts. Even on the surgery day, she was very kind, made sure I was alright, and did a very good job on both of my eyes which got me good results in just 2 days. The consultants here are very helpful and they clear all the doubts about the whole process and are available for any clarifications any time of the day. They also took care of my whole health insurance process and helped me get the most out of it. Brilliant experience overall and I am so happy. I highly recommend Narayana Nethralaya.
