Dr Naren Shetty.An awesome experience right from the beginning to the end! Everything was explained clearly to us and the doctors, nurses and administrative staff were professional, very kind and helpful. Mind you, my observation was that every patient was made to feel very comfortable, not just me! The experience at the operating room was no less. The doctor made me feel very comfortable and was very patient, kind , compassionate and gentle, which goes a long way in maintaining healthy doctor- patient relationships. Further, considering the constant flow of patients to the hospital, their attitude and patience across the hierarchy is really commendable!
