It’s about 11 months since I first visited Narayana Netralaya Rajajinagar. Last year Aug was the time of the first wave of the virus. NN was impressive in the way they gave us patients confidence by strictly adhering to covid protocols in a convincing manner. I was diagnosed with a macular hole in the retina of my left eye and had to undergo two surgeries. Throughout this period , Dr Ramesh Venkatesh who performed the delicate operations, instilled confidence in me that the solution would come and it did. Dr Ramesh Venkatesh has been efficient, considerate and transparent in his interactions and it has been a relief to have gone to NN.
