Tldr; Shout out to the wonderful staff I would like to express my compliment and gratitude towards the medical and the nonmedical staff of Narayana Nethralaya. I got “Implantable Collamer Lens” procedure done here. The entire procedure was quite seamless, and it was maintained throughout the duration of the surgery ensured by the friendly counselor Mr. Sunish V Thomas, who attitude was reassuring and induced a sense of trust in me. The empathy and friendliness displayed by my surgeon Dr. Pooja M Khamar was faith-inducing and is a trait of a doctor that a patient would like to experience. Props to both of them! One also has to appreciate the supporting staff who collectively ensure the well-being of the patient. Baring a few mis-coordinations, I found out that the overall experience was quite positive. However, the post-surgery experience can be improved, especially with helping out the patient.
