His humility, down to earth nature, his conscientious approach and his ability to listen patiently and allay one’s fears are the hallmarks of a truly skilled specialist. As such I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr.Narendra. Ms.Diksha Pandey, a Senior Optometrist,deserves special mention for her dedication, patience and the time she is willing to spend, over and above the call of duty, in checking one’s vision and following up with the Optician. Mr.Mahesh at the Opticians on the ground floor was also very helpful. Overall I was impressed by the courtesy and service mindedness of the entire team at Narayana Nethralaya, Bannerghatta Road.
