Doctors and services are good but the front end ( appointment set up team) is very bad. I tried phone based appointment – 3 people called back at random , appointment was not set up . I tried to take appointment on portal- that also generates random call from 2-3 people , ultimately you get not appointment . Only thing that works is spending half a day on the hospital lobby just for the first check up ( from registration ,appointment , checking ). _______ Today I did my eye check up by Dr Chaitra. I’m very happy with her investigation and analysis . I have very strange problem which was not much of physiological issues but my vision quality in the recent times reduced to a great extent. She explained it in details . My blood relations have : had glaucoma , Optic neuritis I was very worried about my vision quality. Dr ensured all check ups are done and method of eliminating applied for diagnosis
