The way of surgeon talking and explaining about procedures to patient very calmly during surgery day and checkups also. We preferred for second time as earlier my mother also had surgery here itself. I had been to Narayana Nethralaya for IPCL surgery in the month of March 2021 under the guidance of Dr. Hemamalini madam. To be very honest I had around -20 power in my both the eyes and I had very less hope that I can have an option of removing glasses in future, but thanks to Dr. Hemamalini madam who had handled my report. She was simply outstanding in handling my complicated case and also gave an suggestion to go for IPCL surgery and after that I can remove my glasses too. Without further delay we had decided to go for surgery. She had performed herself the surgery of IPCL and now without any complications or trouble j am able to see my vision clearly without glasses. Personally very much thankful to Dr. hemamalini madam for her support and treatment of my eyes. Also Thanks to the counselor Mr. Sunish for guiding us clearly for the surgery and thanks for his support. Also like to thank all the support staff and Narayana Nethralaya for giving me a better vision. On a scale of 5 my ratings will be: Covid-19 Precautions – 5 starts Hospital and cleanliness – 5 starts Doctors and treatment – 5 starts Support staff and adminstration – 5 starts Waiting time – 4 starts Equipments technology and facilities – 5 starts.
