In Nov 2020, i consulted Dr.Chaitra Jayadev & after checkup was informed i have a minor hole/tear in Retina. She suggested a laser treatment for same , which i got it done here. Iam totally satisfied with the procedure & my experience at NNEH. My purpose of this review is to express my appreciation for Dr.Chaitra, who not only thoroughly checked my eyes, but patiently explained to me, what it is & advised laser barrage. Though i was initially worried, her calm words assured me i am at right place for the treatment. Not only Doctor’s knowledge & skill, communication also matters. Had a follow-up checkup done this week & all fine. In addition to Dr.Chaitra Jayadev, i wish to thank the entire team for the excellent ambience & courteous service, right form the covid screening procedure at the entrance.
