The staff and doctors here are well equipped and listen to patients. They arrange for a callback without a miss and connect to respective Doctors in case of clarifications needed for medicine. Dr. Gairik Kundu was very patient and good listener who asks right questions, background history, exact problems faced and provides enough information and exact follow up details. His detailness to pinpoint the problem and explain to patients is very well appreciated. Each section is clearly sectored and maintained well. I went for my mom Cataract opinion on Dec 24 2020 and got surgery done Dec 29 2020. Dr. Naren Shetty was very humble and polite and tool care well.
