We are coming to this hospital from 8 years. With respect to services there has been a constant improvement and the doctors are patient enough to explain the issues(Dr Priya,Dr Sushma verma etc..) and guide us through necessary medications/tests at every visit. In June 2019 I was having very bad vision and Dr poornachandra suggested me for the laser later due to high sugar my vision was low again and Dr poornachandra suggested me for retina surgery and after the surgery really I’m very happy that my vision is very good I would like to thank Dr poornachandra Narayana nethralaya staff very very cooperative reception staff counter councilors floor managers etc .. Review for Dr. Sati Devi & Team, By far the BEST decisions we made concerning my father’s eyesight. He’s been battling glaucoma for a few years now and was under treatment by another set of doctors in Kalyan Nagar. The treatment was ok by unsatisfactory.. soon he developed major blocks in the optic nerve and was advised some procedures.. we were a bit anxious and decided to take a second opinion. That’s when we decided to meet Dr. Sati Devi at NN, Rajajinagar. Best decision thus far. The hospital: The staff are really friendly and helpful. Constant rounds of sanitization happen throughout. Social distancing is a must and is practiced by everyone. Overall a safe medical facility. The Doctor’s staff: They waste no time.. as soon as your name appears on their screen, they call you in and then the process is fast. The attending doctors are efficient and quick. They study the case history well and are very sensitive to minute details. Dr. Sati Devi: A brilliant mind in this sphere of medicine (Eyes/glaucoma). Doctor was quick to spot things which other senior Doctors failed at.. e.g. my dad is prone to a wheeze/bronchial issue.. Doctor identified that the drops he was using could be one of the causes.. stopped it immediately and he’s feeling so much better Absolutely brilliant Doctor for Glaucoma. Well deserved 5 🌟 rating!
