I have been getting my mom to Narayana nethralaya for more than 2 decades. They still treat the patients in the same humble manner offering great customer service as they have always offered. My mom got her two cataract surgeries done by Dr bhujang Shetty who is such a wonderful doctor. Dr Ramesh Venkatesh has been seeing my mom for the last few years now, great doctor always patient and calm in talking to my mom . A great place with great doctors to visit. The only feedback to the hospital management is to provide more parking slots. The existing ones are insufficient and it is a great pain finding parking slots around the hospital

Came here for retinopathy diagnosis and treatement. Met Dr. Chaithra Jayadev. Diagnosis and treatment was perfect along with hospital staff management. Even during this covid crisis, we were confident and completed all the process. I would always recommend this place for eye checkup. Overall best experience.

I visited Narayan Nethralaya for one of my parent’s eye procedures. Overall, we’ve had good experience with other than medical process – like billing, waiting for scanning etc. No hassle to the patient or attender. This was important as at the time of Covid, we felt safe whenever we visited the hospital and also it was done in effective manner. The hospital staff is courteous, everyone speaks in a respectable manner and are very helpful in general. Appreciate the conselor for explaining the cost and briefing us about surgeries etc. The insurance staff were also helping. But, make sure to sort insurance related things with your insurer atleast 3 days prior to the surgery/procedure. We were treated by Dr. Chaitra Jayadev, right from initial diagnosis to surgery for eye procedures related to Diabetic Retinopathy, we had a two month routine visit and procedures. She explained in detail about the condition, the best treatment was suggested for the condition, and followed up with us regularly. She is patient when explaining the condition to both patient and attender in English and in Kannada. We appreciate the clear and direct way of explaining the condition rather than medical whataboutery. Overall, satisfied with the service provided to us.
