This was my first visit along with my son to Narayana Netralaya eye hospital, the love and affection showed by your staff was so excellant. Especially the senior manger Mr.Ravi & floor manager Mr.Murthy was brilliantly managing the patients with his soft words and conveing the important information to be conveyed in a humble manner. Further, the Dr.S.Sanjay was so good in attending his patients in a subtle manner and responding to the feelings of patients and clearing all the doubts and fear of patients in a very calm and brilliant way. He creates a lovely atmosphere for the patients to open up and speak about problems without any hesitation. This type of positive approach towards the patients have tremendous psychological effect on patients which inturn helps in faster recovery. The hospitality towards the patients is admirable. In a nut shell , the overall behavoir and customer approach was so good and the positive approach of staff has vanished all my fear about the problem I had. Thanking you for the excellent work performed by all the staff, and the management for creating such a wonderful and hygine atmosphere at the hospital.
