My Mother is being treated here by Dr. Yathish, Dr.Dhanraj and Dr.Priya. Overall the interaction and experience of visiting here is truly satisfying. All three of the doctors are very genuinely caring and very calm and supportive for any questions. At the same time, they point out the necessity of any immediate surgery or treatment needed without delaying. I would say communication has been very clear. Our day during a periodic check up starts at 8:30 and ends by 11 so for people who travel from far like us, they help to accommodate the time in morning slots which is very supportive. We also saw modification done during this covid situation taking details of patients, sanitizing, the staff wearing PPE etc… Shows that there is value given to people and to what is being offered as service and it’s genuinely appreciable. We got my moms cataract surgery for both the eye here with a 1 week gap for each eye here by Dr.Aishwarya and my mom was very comfortable and also the doctor was very cooperative.. and moms vision is perfectly fine now and she is very happy with it. Before that I have to thank insurance team a lot. Without this I was really not able to manage with my moms both eye operated. Manager Raghu managed so well to process the insurance amount even though I was not able to be there to sign on date..as I was having 2 month old baby. I thank him again for baring my 100 calls and the response from his side for 100 calls was with same patience level. Thanks a lot for the team. And Mr.Sumesh from the counseling team gave us the clear explanation and it helped us to decide quickly without a single thought. He gives a brief information for each and every package prescribed by the doctors. Thanks a lot Sir. Mainly on the covid test to talk is they provide the most hygienic environment inside the hospital. Each and every chairs are cleaned often as soon as the people get up from the chair. Thanks alottttt again for the whole team in Narayana nethralaya .

One of the best hospitals for ophthalmic diseases… My dad suffered with herpes zoster with critical severity as it was on cornea… The doctors at Narayana Nethralaya did the treatment ver well specially Dr. Abdul Rawoof, Dr. Shylaja S, Dr. Sanjay S, Dr. Anjali and Dr. Sujit… Their treatment plan, detailed explanation and their patience towards the patient is fantabulous.. Grateful to the to all and specially the friendly staff at Narayan Nethralaya
