Dr. Naren Shetty operated my mother, we were concerned about her due to old age pains etc. that may cause due to cataract operation. But were surprised, no pains, successful operation. There were no hassles from the day one when we came for consultation, very helpful and cordial staff, thanks to all. My experience with Narayana Nethralaya (Bannerghatta Branch) for Lasik eye surgery was incredible. I have been using glasses or contacts from past 12 years. So one day I decided to get it fixed through Lasik. Then I came across Narayana Nethralaya in the reviews for Lasik eye surgery. I got in touch with Pooja Kamal (You can get her number from the website). She was very patient and extremely helpful. She got me an appointment with Dr.Naren Shetty. Dr.Naren was very polite, gentle and an amazing doctor, he cleared all my doubts. I was a little confused but when Dr.Naren told me about his Lasik experience, I was more confident to do it and got an appointment the day after. Though out the surgery Dr.Naren will check whether you are fine and let you know precisely what was going to happen next, which was great because I knew what was happening and was prepared. The surgery was completely painless, there was a discomfort for exact 90 Sec for each eye during the surgery. When the surgery was over the vision was watery at first but it got better by the end of the day. I had a follow-up check-up the next day and my eyes were perfect 6/6.
