I visited the hospital multiple times now and each time i have had a wonderful experience. The staff is very courteous, helpful and friendly. They offer prompt service from morning to evening and ensure that your whole process runs smoothly. Everything is recorded digitally, so you don’t have to necessarily explain to the doctors about your prior medication or history. It is very spacious too, with a small CCD outlet, clean washrooms, an optic store and a medical store. The highly experienced doctors diagnose your problem in depth and prescribe the right medication. They also refer you to other specialists in the same building if necessary, without any extra cost. You have to pay a minimal registration fee only once in the beginning. I would recommend Narayana Nethralaya to everyone.
