Overall a good experience. My feedback: Would request the reception staff to be a bit more attentive while handling senior citizen appointments. I suggest you issue tokens while handling a ‘higher’ load of walk-ins to ensure you are billing the patients in the correct order and not as per the counter staff’s judgement.

I have been visiting Narayana Netralaya, Bannerghatta Road branch for the last six years for me and my family eye checkup. It has always been a comfortable experience every time. The doctors are good and they check your eyes thoroughly step by step. The waiting time is very less.
