It’s been almost 2 years associated; and the 4th hospital visiting after much consultation elsewhere, found much satisfying doctors whom we feel good to rely on. Here treatment is being by the need of patients condition and not per any other reason. Doctor’s were clear and cordial in detailing the patient to patient’s satisfaction so that he/she knows what being treated. Had been treating my mother for retina., so far to the medical challenge per say doing good. Appreciate the team for their contribution., and thank you.

All happy. However it is better if doctors explain 1. What they have diagnosed in the eyes 2. the terms and the significance of particular value of each term (SPH, CYL,Axis and so on) in glass prescription.

We went there recently with an appointment at the low vision aid clinic. Firstly we request the hospital management to avail more updated low vision aid devices for demo purpose. As low vision clinics are rare in other states, patients travel there to find what suits then the best . At this point realising the hospital is not well equipped with recent aids bring disappointment. Though this was the situation, the doctor tried his level best to provide us with the most suitable device. Really appreciate Dr.Soumyodip.His positivity,sincerity and patience is remarkable.He made the arrangements to provide us with the devices that were not there in the hospital.
