Ben franklinks, in my opinion, is a store with very high quality specs and excellent customer service. The personnel are very courteous and possess good knowledge… Ms Sushma, who handled our case was extremely good in how she explained the different kind of specs & her behaviour is exemplary….I have been to other stores like Lenskart but they don’t stand anywhere close to Ben Frankline in terms of quality of material ando service…

We r here for an eye check up. Spend nearly 4 hrs to meet the consultant after the dilation drop given. Pathetic service and coordination. Last Saturday also spent more than 3 hrs for a primary eye check up. Seriously think twice before visiting this place. They don’t give value to customers time. Optical shop’s service also pathetic. They are overpriced.

Front desk run business.. Less of a hospital. They route the business and make decisions. Waiting time is very high and you need to keep asking if your time is due at front desk, otherwise they will forget about you. All in all choose only in case of a Hobson’s choice
