A month back I got ipcl done in banargatta branch by Dr Naren Shetty. Dr Naren shetty was very friendly and explained the procedure clearly before the operation procedure took place. and Dr saikat helped me getting the testings done in very easy manner. Staff was so helpful in every aspect.

Amazing Service, got my Lasik done here, superb extra ordinary care been taken by all of the staff. Dr Naren sheety does the Lasik, who is very polite and explains each procedure, Dr Aroshi take care of the Post Lasik consulting and is again very polite and help with all our doubts. Narayan a Netralaya is no doubt a good place to visit for all kind of vision problem.

I took my father for cataract operation here. Dr. Naren Shetty is an excellent doctor he did a great job. Staff is also very helpful and courteous. Insurance people and consultant were also very cooperative and explained the things very clearly. As my dad said outstanding in all perspective. Highly recommended. It was a very nice experience with them, I went for LASIK treatment to meet Dr Naren as he wasn’t available, I met Dr Arushi and she explained me first I had to go for some tests to check whether i am eligible for LASIK or not, it took 3 hours of time to totally complete the tests and all and she gave me the details of which type of LASIK I can opt, 15 days after I was given the date for LASIK and Dr Naren was there in the operation theatre, with a calm and composing way he gave me instructions while performing LASIK to not to get tensed , it just took only half an hour of time for me to complete my LASIK process, a little bit of pain was there for some 4hours there after its subsidised, now I am with perfect vision.

After checking with couple of eye hospitals, finalized this for my mother cataract surgery for their honest opinion about the current status of the eye. Dr. Narendra truly helped my mother in understanding the eyes issue and supported all the way pre and post surgery . She felt secured and comforted. Initially, another eye hospital estimated 1.5 lakh for eye surgery for both eyes. After getting second opinion from Dr. Narendra, we understood the situation and had surgery for only problematic eye and it went well under 60k overall including all tests and surgery costs. All staffs are friendly and were supportive in all visits. Thank you for making a positive impact on my mother and providing a healthy and positive experience in this difficult times.
