I would like to give more than 5 starts to her attitude, service and dedication. Thank you doctor.
One area the hospital can improve is on the transparency on billing. Even though i came through my corporate insurance policy i wanted to know the breakup of all expenses wrt the surgery which includes the surgeon charges, operation theater charges, lens cost, nursing charges etc. But it was not so detailed. I feel every one has the right to know that whether the payment is through the insurance company or directly from their pocket and i hope the hospital will take care of it in future

At last I share Ms Nandini (Consultant) & Ms Suvarna (Insurance) supported very professional in terms of pre explanation about the surgery & necessary advance approvals from the insurance before the surgery which made our overall process very smooth and effortless.
