I had a very pleasant time at the hospital. The staff and very helpful and friendly. There is also good coordination between different departments in the hospital. All the staff seem adept at using the hospital’s administrative software. The doctor, Dr Pooja Jain seemed knowledgeable for her age and answered all my queries regarding my father’s cataract patiently.

I had undergone C3R surgery. Dr. Pooja Jain had treated me and had performed the surgery. She was very friendly and during the surgery she was very encouraging and the other staff also too good. There was a staff Venkatesh who was very friendly with good behaviour and was very helpful. Overall, the hospital experience was too good.

I had cataract surgery on 27.12.19. Doctor Pooja Jain performed the surgery. The doctor and all other staffs were responded well. There is no time waste. Attending the patients were done in proper order. There was no need to go and remained them in any procedure place. I am fully satisfied and happy for the service rendered by the hospital.
