A very professional and efficient staff. V have come here for the second eye surgery in a span of 4 months but the doctors and the readiness of the staff to help and ensure a successful and speedy recovery is top notch. Dr pooja jain is a gem of a doctor. I highly recommend her expertise for anyone who is tentative about where to go and whom to prefer. Without a doubt Narayana is the best. Don’t look any further

Really it’s good and perfect hospital for eyes.. doctors and staff are very kind and helpful.. doctors are very good at Their professional.. I took my mother here for eye treatment and she undergone pterygium surgery. Dr pooja Jain operated her and treatment was really good and hygiene. Mother recovered very well and her eye surface and vision got improved. It was very good treatment and nice hospital. Thanks to the doctor and staff’s for their patience and services.

Dr pooj a Jain did cataract to my wife there are no words to describe where it went on excellent absolutely trouble free.we need more no if doctors and hospital like this. Dr .Anirudh saw my wife for retina problem where he treated so well.Dr Harsha saw me for my glaucoma problem where he did laser for aqueous humour problem.his kind Ness I cannot describe for my daughter contact lens she is so happy with the check up she under went. Totally this is not a hospital but a Temple for humanitarian service.this I am not exaggerating because I have worked in three hospitals of. Hospital is one if the best in Bangalore. Will recommend to everyone. We visited Narayana Nethralaya thinking about cataract surgery of my father as prescribed by some other hospital in Bangalore. But Dr Pooja Jain checked and clearly informed that surgery is not needed now. Very friendly environment.

All the task are done proactively and effectively and it is the best eye Hospital that I have visited. The process is so well established that you are automatically informed and guided. Feels like you are in a hospital in US or UK. For cataract issues, look no further, no better place than Narayana. Very effective economical, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I had my cataract surgery done here for total package of 60k.All the staffs are soft-spoken and receive patients very well. Process was smooth. Only thing i was bothered with was the CANTEEN FOOD. The food only consists of processed garbage and not fresh foods and the food is ridiculously overpriced too. Plz improve the canteen menu as older people like me cant eat processed wheat foods. I was only able to drink coffee.
