Dr Arthi was good at her work.We had been for cataract operation. The hospital also had well planned predefined rules which eased the process on whom to be contacted, where to go etc. Every member of hospital , right from lift operator, receptionist, nurse to the doctor all were courteous empathetic n treated the patient well
